Saved my day today! Twenty miles out and unprepared for a flat. Thought I would have to hitch a ride back. Being from out of state, I was fortunate Muncy, PA had a bike store. Marty's was terrific! Friendly, took care of me right away and they have everything one would need. Great shop, great people. Thanks.
Had my rear cassette replaced here. I was told it would be between 50 and 80 bucks and should only be a couple days.

The young guy working there was pulling my crank arm to inspect it when he got scolded along with myself cause that's just not how they do it here. He want me to drop my bike back off!? No way did I leave it there and I never will go back
Ok, let me start off by saying I had not rode a bike in 15 years when I walked into Marty's. So needless to say I had no clue where to even start. Jeremy, the guy who assisted me, was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. I told him what type of riding I thought I would do and my price range and after trying out a few of his recomendations, I was confident in my decision.
I even gave them a 2nd chance and went there with a crank problem
I was super impressed and long for a shop like this in my burg!
Very friendly & knowledgable staff who graciously taught me a thing or two while efficiently changing out a tube with a very slow leak.
I've been there a few times and have had some fantastic help and the individuals there are ambitious to help and very polite how i mean.
It is certainly true that some bicyclists are some of the best quality individuals of all time that are self motivated,ambitious,caring about others,respectful,honorable,mentally healthy,physically healthy,inspiring and such for far more than just for the self and in such places is where it is that some amazing quality individuals are sometimes.
I will absolutely come back to this bike shop for future purchases and would recomend this shop to you if you're thinking about buying a quality bike or accesory, of which they have many.
After 3 weeks and some pestering from me to get them to work on it (it was next in line for 4 days) they finally call to say it's done. By the way, changing the rear cassette takes a few minutes to complete. I ask how much? $220!!! My jaw dropped. It's a entry level bike, not a pro XC bike. I had to come back with more money.
