I typically would add alcohol to a shadow to return it to its initial consistency, however, all of the other shadows are destroyed by the powdery black pigment which was sold to us shattered.

Very good I loved all the people there. Even once dumpster dived there it was decent. Didn't save none cause it was all kinda junk. But it was fun, the store isnt huge but its a nice size. Very good products and options I fidnt think it would fulfill every thing on my list. But somehow I got everything on my list and lots more. The people there are so good at their jobs they easilly could get the devil to by church. I mean like I walked out there with more things then I needed but it was all good useful stuff I might buy again. I dont know if I sound rude saying I walked out with more than I need but it was fun trying out those new things.
I was looking to purchase more than the value of the damaged product, however I must assume that Ulta Beauty does not want my business.

I spoke to a sales rep at the counter and she said that she should be able to do an exchange for me. So I picked up the new Anastasia Aurora Palette, Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette, shapetape concealer, and IT CC cream. However when I brought these items to the counter, the same sales rep stated that she would not be able to do the return for us.
At Ulta's Manalapan, NJ location, my boyfriend was sold a damaged product which I received as a gift for my birthday (today) while staying at his family's house near Muncy, PA. Though I looked forward to opening my new tartlette palette, I was shocked to find that a BLACK shadow was crushed inside and tarnished the rest of the pale shadows inside. Today is my birthday so I wanted to grab a few other items to exchange for the damaged product. I stated from the start that my boyfriend DID NOT hold onto the receipt as this palette was something I specifically asked for. Ulta's website states that I could be a store credit or an exchange.
Good store and talented staff, but I was at the check out and the products I purchased were BOGO 50% Off, and I specifically asked the cashier, Karissa, if the products came off the total 50% off, and she said yes. I brushed it off as in my math was wrong. I got home, checked the receipt, and both of the products were normal price. I am very upset, as I can get the same products at Target for $3 less EACH. I will be returning the products and not going back to this location.
I am so disappointed.
I spoke to Colleen, (who was kinder than the initial sales rep who I encountered) however Colleen stated that I could only receive the credit of $1.
