I'd say based on this experience to go to Verizon to buy your phones.

Best Buy has been having a hard time making ends meet with Amazon crushing the marketplace. However Best Buy's stock has been up recently and they are making strides to regain market share. I think it shows. I didn't make it ten steps inside before I was greeted by someone, and every employee who passed by said hi. I went there because I saw online that their store had what I was looking for in stock, and it was cheaper than Amazon. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful, and they price-matched themselves since their website had my item for $10 less. I'll definitely go back again for electronic stuff.

Purchased a laptop and several other products off them March of 2016. Recently the laptop screen got cracked when we bought it we asked for a 2 year warranty on it and a Xbox one we also had a 1 yr put on the watches well needless to say the mixed it up that day and now it is my fault cause I trusted the person that they did it right. They wouldn't try to even change it around. He keep saying u only have a 1 yr. Really was hoping thwy would fix their mistake but I guess not. $1,6000 laptop we worked n saved 2 years for now a useless.

Went to buy a phone. Best Buy rep. said he could order it for me but it would be faster to just go online and purchase it. The website wouldn't allow me to purchase it after an error. It wasn't anyone's fault but Best Buy did NOTHING to resolve the issue. In fact, they made it very hard for me to even talk to them.

Best buy has improved tremendously in the last 2 years. SERVICE seems to be their new middle name. The wrap around contracts are reasonable and they actually answer you and fix your toys. I walked away from B B about 4 years ago and came back last year for a lap top as a gift for my husband. I was so impressed that the salesperson actually knew the product that I bought it there instead of on line. So keep at it best Buy you might survive the big A take over.

This Best Buy is one of the smallest I've been to. Due to this, it can (especially during holiday season) feel very cramped with product, without a huge selection. Despite this, the staff are typically friendly and do their best to help with whatever tech problems you may have, just don't expect true 'expert' level advise here. If you consider yourself anything beyond a novice in tech, you would be better off doing a little bit of your own research first; as more often than not if you ask anything too technical, the BB employee assisting you will resort to 'reading the back of the box' to find the answer.
