The sprint store in the lycoming mall is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've encountered in a long time! Everyone I've dealt with is so helpful and they explained everything beautifully when I bought my phone! I'll be a customer for life!! Awesome job!
BE AWARE this company has a bad habit of committing commission fraud to get sales.I have caught the management screaming at his employees. Sprint does not have good service do not buy the lie. This is also a third party retailer so they cannot even do anything major for you.The service and repair is a joke. They make you sign a waiver saying if they break your phone they aren't responsible to fix or replace it. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
They have no clue what they are talking about said that i have 4G in the area but we do not. Trying to get out of contract and they want damm near $600 they are nuts. There service is terrible would not suggest to anyone to get it. Plus my bill is different every month now how does that work ha ha They got me!!!!!! SO DO NOT GO TO SPRINT
Logan Shultz gave me one of the best experiences ive ever had shopping for a phone. He was very helpful and very patient and gave me and my friend a gift card to go get coffee after our experience because we are in fact "poor college students".
