Very disrespectful, and condescending staff. Not coustomer pleasing, they told us they would be able to do a trade in and that we would just have to wait so we politely waited and then about an hour of waiting they then told us they would not be able to do the trade. Not pleased with this game stop!
Bought use game and the staff ripped off the used price tag when at register and charged me regular amount. Never again
